The painting depicts a character of my own imagination. An elf stands guard before a grove of white trees. The oil painting is 14" I walk you through my process from the digital comp (with a timelapse from Procreate) and then onto the final oil painting. 

The video is sped up to 1/15th the speed of the actual painting time. I make my videos like this so that they are consumable without watching 20-25 hours of video.

I talk about a variety of subjects, from painting flesh, composition, edge control, simplifying information, and many other topics.
